The mobile application for the event is a digital companion for the
guests – before, during and after the event – and offers the customer
the perfect opportunity to develop a lasting customer-guest
relationship.
The guest can scan a QR code at the buffet and
immediately receives exclusive information on their smartphone in the
form of a "making of" video, as well as product specifications and
nutritional value of the dishes on offer.
The app even
accompanies the guest before the event with programme information and
"appetisers" concerning the event. After the event is over, it provides
your guests with photos and videos of the event, as well as the option
of submitting direct feedback.
